Which version should I choose? - The Standard Beri is a sleek, easy-to-grip design that slides effortlessly into the front chest pockets of hydration vests, making it perfect for ultra-runners and hikers. - The Beri with Strap features a secure, adjustable hand strap built into the base and neck. It is ideal for road or trail runners who prefer to run with their water in hand rather than wearing a vest.

Can I put ice in it? Yes. The opening is wide enough to drop in crushed ice or small cubes before you head out. Because the TPU material is designed for cold liquids, packing it with ice not only keeps your hydration chilled but acts as a welcome cooling pack against your chest or hand for those first few sweltering miles.

What are the specific material safety certifications? The flask is constructed from high-quality TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) that is entirely BPA-Free. It is fully FDA Certified for safe, direct food and drinking water contact, and it complies with strict California Proposition 65 consumer safety standards.

Will it leak in my bag? No. Every single flask undergoes a mandatory 100% inflatable physical test at the factory to guarantee seam integrity and a completely leak-proof design before it ever reaches you.

Is the mouthpiece easy to use when running? Yes. It features a supple yet sturdy silicone bite valve mouthpiece that allows for effortless, one-handed operation when you are moving fast.

Can I precisely dial in my hourly carb and hydration intake? Yes. When you need to strictly manage your sodium and carb ratios during an ultra, the back of the flask features clear volume approximation markers up to 500ml (17 fl oz) alongside our core reminder: "The Only Way is Forward". This allows you to mix your nutrition perfectly and track your exact fluid consumption on the fly.
